Festive border > black border

Pretty good. I have not touched photoshop in ages, but I hope I can start again soon.

Pretty nice photoshop. I prefer the black bordered version, because the second one reminds me of the select tool in photoshop.

But very good, nonetheless :).

Erm, I don't know Halo 3 that well, so... what'd you do? :p

It looks like MC is cut, and the text is neato, but I can't see what else would be 'Shopped.
(I guess it's that good, huh? xD )

Well, the background is a stock from a map that Bungie will be releasing in the next couple of months. I edited it in various ways and created the additional yellow part in the top right.

Perhaps make the Spartan blend more by making it look like its in the same room... Like darker and stuff...

Sorry that I'm of little assistance >_>

Well, if you look at the bottom, the ground is brighter. So I tried to make it a bright foreground and then the darker background.

Keep his back / head a little light but darken it. And the shotgun should be fairly dark. Blending is the only major problem I see.

They are all old stuff I did over the summer or earlier.

The black border almost completely blends into the sig for me, but that just might be me, colours show up a bit darker for me, so the main sig content may be lighter than what it appears for me.

The lighting on the spartan is to bright to go with the rest of the scene.
I like the text.

The festive border is better b/c the black and yellow are like the caution in the upper right.

Yeah, that's why I made the border yellow and black.
