The lightish red (hehe donut) around the guy/"render" doesn't make it look too good. Could I see without it?
Anyway, I like it...Not so much for what it is, more that you've taken it and improved the quality by a lot. It also looks like half a headcrab hehe but thats being ignorant of anime's for you

Thank you for the input. I'll see if I saved the .psd with the render in a separate layer and take away the red stroke. I was hoping to make this more crisp and clean compared to the picture...Plus, the render I used isn't straight from the reference photo.
EDIT* Without the dark red stroke:
Is it me or does it just seem a little more boring though?
And that headcrab you speak of is the helmet left over from another form he used to have. This is his humanoid form.
