And yes.

It's not too bad, but keep in mind that signatures like this should have a color scheme. Everything follows a good color scheme exept the background. Try and make the background blend in more with the render.

Edit-Also size the height down to 120, 140 breaks the signature rules  .

The text needs work and I don't like that border, try a 1px black border. Also do what DRL said.

Every time DRL posts I think it's 2005 and he DaRealLogan...:( Anyway, the signature isn't very good. Think about what you're trying to accomplish here. Do you really want a background, render, and then 2 texts going over that render? In your case, it doesn't work. My suggestion would be to lower the height of the sig and reset the width to a proper amount giving your render some breathing room to shine in. Then decide if you even decide if you need both of those text; right now they're very crowded. Even if you keep only 1, blend them either way. You want the text to stick out, but not dominate the image. Lastly, this isn't an abstract signature, so using an ugly abstract background is only giving you an ugly image. It's a race car sig, so get a scene to match the theme. You did a fair job cutting the image. Just be sure to watch for those scratchy white areas. The back of the car looks really bad.
