I felt like taking a break from my hunter and I thought about vectoring an anime instead of a 3d image. So, I did Konata Izumi from Lucky☆Star.

I honestly think that I could have done better with the outlining.

Yea caboose some of the outlining looks a bit rough.
Also some things look a bit too square,
not a lot just like between the fingers (Index and Thumb)
could be a bit more round. But I think it looks good.
