IMO the logo should be in a different colour, since it is making the text really hard to read.

The Shininess plus the colour makes it kind of hard to see, but I like the lettering.

I think it's just a style.. Like, graffiti, it's kind of hard to read, but you still can read it if you try. You know what I'm tryin` to say :p

It's good for a logo on a Website, or for a Wallpaper. I am currently in computer printing/design. That would be a nightmare to print on a shirt, with a printing press. Unless of course you digitally printed it. I learned logos should always be about only 10 solid colors. That way it is easy to print on a shirt, also I would make the logo in illustrator, that way you can save it as and EPS and make it bigger without losing quality. (Bcause if you ever lose the PSD, and try to resize it, it will become pixelated.)

Anyways, nice logo. I like the gloss, Only problem is: when you size it down to fit on a CD it would be unreadable. So stick to solids next time. It would look good on a dark Red/Green webpage.

It's probably too glossy. It costs a lot of money to print those. Try a 3 Color logo. Don't make it too crazy. If it's a Rock label, go for a grungier font. If it's a Rap label go for a Urban font. Not like the one you have now. Maybe tone it down a bit.

Remember stick with simple colors, if this person is serious about this company, plans on printing things, slapping it on CDs, making sticker. Create it in Illustrator.

Example:

Not too fancy, not too crazy. Straight to the point. Pretty easy to read. Just plain old text.

Yea, That almost looks like it would be in a video game.
btw, Get used to people saying re-do this, because if you don't do it the way they imagined it, there gonna tell you to. :P

Sidenote:

Rufa=Horrible.

You're better off getting some 8.5X11 and hitting it with a chisel Tip and scanning it. I like the effects though.
