Ok, I started with this image, which is a rather old image back when I played Halo CE a lot. It was on coldsnap.


In the end, I got rid of the TMP symbol.


I edited the luminosity, RGB ratios, repressed the image (to add a 3d effect style), added a glow effect, and lastly, I put my name in transparent text over the right corner. It took about 10 minutes, but I think it looks pretty tight.

You are using what I call burning colors.

I think you can guess why.

So for Color its a X

Then there is the flow of the eye, the negative space, and the overlapping of your name....

It needs work. Much. Scrap it and try again.

Don't like 'em. I suggeust not to use filters.

For a start, when I saw the thread title, I was immediately turned off from it. You saying yourself that it is 'nice' is not a good start. As for the sig, I don't like it, sorry, I think it looks downright bad.

K, well, thanks for the comments. It was my first couple trys with paint.net, and I should have realized that. I'll try again, and hopefully, it'll be better. Thanks again for the comments
