ya i would say. start over.. cuase its about -2/10 >_>

You're kidding me.

Here's some tips though.

Black text on any background generally doesnt look that good, try to make it fit in with the render or blend it into the background.

The Chief in the corner is too small, and doesnt stand out enough to be the focal point. He should be bigger, and he looks kinda bad being all blue.

The background needs more depth. Add some more contrast, and try to make your chosen focal point stand out.

...4 months eh.. i could have pumped out 150 GOOD QUALITY sigs in that amount of time.. i dont care if your a begginer. Read some tuts. work on a sig.
