cant decide

i cant decide which one is better i think the one without lines makes it better and easier to see.what one???

The one with scan lines would look better if you made a the opacity of the lines to about 15%. Also, your horizantal scan lines are far apart :-/
go into photoshop, then make a 2 pixel height and 1 pixel wide document. Select the pencil, then make the color black and the size 1 px. Then fill in half the picture with the black, then click define pattern and fill it with those scan lines at 15% opacity. I think it'll look good then. Everything else looks good.
