pretty nice i like how you changed the BG from purple to oragneish

the only thing i dont like it the brushing in the BG but if u fix that

I dont like the border either.

The border just doesn't fit. Pull it above the render layer, and just make it a simple one pixel black border. Do a little contrast on the background. It's looking kind of flat right now. It's pretty good though, I'd say a 8/10.

With the background darker, the text now stands out too much. You should set it to overlay and give it a stroke. Also, the border is still underneath the render. Fix that.

Very, very close. Just make the stroke around the text black, and it's perfect. (Sorry for all the hassle).
