the first is rape the second is alright

First one is better, I like the background (a little more color might help though).
Second one has a huge black spot in it, and that kinda ruins it. Text on both are bad though.

There is no colour in the first one which ruins it, the text in the first is strange, I prefer the second one, the text actually suits it, the background is better too.
