its over the kb limit for here on halomods
and the text is hard to read

But anyway it's not that bad. The text doesn't really work with it though.

Get some new fonts. You use that font in all of your signatures. And to be perfectly honest, with every signature you make, the text isn't getting better. You should work to improve that.
