First off, here's the original stock, unedited.

Colors, are desaturated, outlines are thin, and an annoying logo.

Oh wait! Here's mine:

Why, that looks looks like more than a print screen job to me! It would seem as though I pen tooled every single outline to make it look better, improved the colors, edited out a logo, made it more saturated, and added contrast!

^literally 5 mins in PS and saved the plant so there was no dead space. Sure the lines could be touched up but submitting a sig to a competition to where the only brushing aka. "work" I did was trace someone else's work would be kinda tacky.

So you saying you found a stock, colored over a logo, traced some lines and added some filters?

My reply to this is based on if scott is allowed to post his comments in a thread that clearly is about voting then people should be allowed to rebuttal him back. He opened the door to conversation so I followed seeing as if a predominate member of the community is allowed to do so then it must be ok? Besides, he has more emblems then me, must mean hes someone I should look up to and follow the way they act also correct?

This competition is based on the aesthetics of a sig, not how many steps it took to make it. Shut the fuck up about it and vote for whatever image you think looks the best. We don't need drama over a God damn forum signature.

Spoilers: Dr.Cox, Tural, MoDFox and G.I.R.'s are just a "PrntScreen" too, so why single out NSN?

So then it's a popularity contest and not about actually doing PS work?

Popular being either the artist or the stock they used. Not the actual PS work involved? I also believe the comment referred to "ANY" print screener's. Scott merely stood up and was vocal. Tbh, none of this would be going on if Scott had not made his original comment in the first place and simply followed the contest rules and pm'd TCMC.

This is not a flame or to mock you GTAF, but I just want to know if spending time working on sig doing some legit PS work is worth the time in these contests vs. being what were being judged on in our work that all.

You know what? This is ridiculous. All of this worthless argument over a competition. I don't care who started it, or for what reason. Everyone continuing it is just as guilty, if not more so, than the first.

Locked on the grounds that people are ruining this competition again. Every single time there's SotW, people destroy it with arguments like this. Chad will decide where this goes, after this week, but for this one, it's done.
