There's really no blending and the car looks like it's floating. The text also looks out of place.

Jagged and Rough edged background doesnt flow nice with the Smooth curvy decals on the car. Try putting the car closer to the bottom, and smoothen out the background.

Yea The background looks VERY Nice.. with a different render maybe.. i realize it's the render from ur other post but it doesn't go good with the smooth lines of the car.

The car Sticks out to much almost like it's flying.

For blending, try duplicating the render layer, and gaussian blurring the bottom layer a bit.

Not to mention, text is still out of place, and again with the copyrighted render? clipping off the watermark does not make it ok.
