When you play this mod, make sure you are playing the game as an Elite character. A Spartan will freeze the game when he/she dies.
Here it is! The final release of Floodout! I worked HARD to make this mod as professionally as I could in a short amount of time to enter it in this month's Mod of the Month contest. This mod is a totally floodified version of Lockout. I spen a long time on this mod. There are a few things that I did not have time to edit, but I did my very best to make this a stable and fun release. I hope you enjoy it!

Bugs:
Sometimes the weapons can freeze the map when fired for some reason, but I think I fixed it for good.
-Prophet Chair does not respawn when it goes over the edge.
ALL of the mods (except sounds) were done on a Vista computer! Whoever says that Vista is bad for modding is wrong.
This mod is best played under the following:
-A gametype that is set to...

Rocket Launcher - Toxic Blaster: This weapon fires a pod of highly toxic and explosive gas.
Plasma Pistol Charged Bolt Blast - This weapon, also known as the Intoxicator, has two main blasts that can perform major damage on a target.
Floodified Prophet Chair.
Covenant Carbine - Stun Rifle: Once an enemy is hit with this weapon, it stuns them for 2-5 seconds.
Brute Plasma Rifle - Brute Decimator: This weapon basically decimated all opposition.
Frag Grenade - Slime Nade: A grenade that explodes into a pool of superheated slime.
Beam Rifle - EMP Rifle: This weapons fires an electrical charge of devastating power.
Plasma Rifle - Photon Gun: This weapon fires an atom that explodes into a small electric burst.
Sniper Rifle - Blood Rifle: This weapon fires a cloud of Blood at the target.
SMG - Not much was done with the SMG, but it fires Sentinel Enforcer Needles with an impact effect.
Sentinel Beam - Slime Cannon: The best weapon on the map! This weapon fires a beam of superheated acidic slime.
Plasma Grenade - Ripple Grenade: It explodes into a force that seems to ripple.
Plasma Pistol Normal Bolt.
Brute Shot - Toxic Explosive: This weapon fires a grenade that explodes into a toxic mist.

In terms of gameplay, the weapons seem too large and powerful for a map as small and confined as Lockout. The flood theme is also one of the dead horses of modding. The effects do look nice though.
You might be able to respawn your Prophet's Chair if you give it health (so it dies when it falls through the death zone, instead of sitting on the bottom of the BSP), or tick the box that says "Destroy existing on new spawn" in the Netgame equipment.
If you relied on the stun jpt from my mods, please give due credit.

I made the stun effect all myself. I did not take it from any of your mods. I have been having a huge amount of trouble with the Entity chunk cloner so I couldn't add any health to the chair. I didn't raise the damage of the weapons too high, but they do enough damage to match the effect. Well, I rebuilt this map 3 times with H2 Core and that just made modifications from that point harder. It's not that I don't want to completely finish this mod. It's just that the map seems to freeze every single time I add a new meta, inject a bitmap, or inject a new sound. So something went wrong in the middle so I did my best to make the effects the best and to make the game play good. But it turned out quite well.

But it all depends on when new and better tools are released. I refuse to use Entity any longer.
