HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I put a twist on the classic noob mod of ascention. I added a few bonuses to the classic proj swap of ascention and made the host have more control. It's basicly the antenna proj swap but i made the host have a sort of administrative power. The rocket launcher and the PP will shoot out the antenna but the rocket launcher will only work for the host so if people abuse the power you can take it away from them. I also made the antenna destructable by only one gun, the magnum. The magnums super powerfull shot to destroy the antenna is also only usable by host so no unneeded killing happens. If i need to add a better description just say so, im short on time so i cant make it super detailed.

I know it is an easy mod but my comp is still down so im bumped down to basic stuff at my friends house. Its mostly for simple fun and non modders seam to love it. Also ill have a few screen shots of stuff that i commonly build later just to show some of the newer modders what this exactly is.

I'm tempted to compliment it because you did it, but I'm not too impressed. And seeing as I don't understand it and can't test it right now, I'll stay neutral.

and that whole only work for host stuff and health system is really cool, maybe those are the updates?

yeah the host only and destructable antenna are the things that are new. And like i said before, i know it is easy but with my computer being down it is better than nothing

i think that it is cool, call me a noob but i don't no how to do that stuff u added, but then again i've never tried or thought about it

the host has the power to kill the things with the pistol to un-lag it if it does get laggy.

exactly and it works like a charm. Also good for taking out stupid people who kill.

He added to it. I remember noobs coming in and ruining my race tracks and such. Nice additions to such a fun mod.

The vid will be up sometime today hopefully. depends on if my friend's internet wont kick out on me when uploading again. Also i found one drawback to my mod, if a cheater has an instant lock on rocket launcher, they will be able to shoot the things out also and that really sucks. At least my magnum is for host only no matter what. I tested it with my friend who also had the mod and he couldnt delete stuff so at least i know that noone can come in with the same mod and ruin it.

This is NOT a noob mod as you can clearly build AND delete. Which makes building 3 times as fun. however if you can change the roll values of it you can make it spawn in front of you. That would make building a marvel of fun. This kind of reminds me of gmod9.
