First off dont use winace. Use winrar.

when you un-rar you should get an entire folder of files. If your not getting that then you must have an incomplete or corrupt rar, or you are not using the most recent version of winrar to uncompress it. Check rarlab.com to make sure you have the most recent version. Also is your rar 68.2MB? If not, then ya got short changed and will have to re download it. That is all I know to tell ya. But I garantee that the files are in the full rar.

if I patch one of my maps while this on my box will it mess it up?
cuz I don't want to keep reinstalling after each time I make an adjustment to my map. if I do patch my map do I just play it off the hard drive or the disc?

I got everything installed great.

Everything works but the CXE Roster.

Every time I load a level, I get the dirty disc error.

I have a profile that has beaten every level too.

Any help?

please.

Again, I will repeast myself for those who do not take the time to read the thread that they post in. This is not help desk at dell, you have to do some of the work yourself. Please, check the tutorial before asking questions that more than likely got answered in the first couple hours of release. Take some initiative folks.

Are you seriously asking that? I don't know why I try to teach someone how to find something on their own. LOL

Really funny that you asked that just after I said, "for those who do not take the time to read the thread that they post in"

Did you even try to go through this post to see if it is posted here?

hey thanx guys for the awesome maps and this installer thing is genius I never modded a map till now and it was tooooo easy. worked smoothly on a fresh copy of halo. my question is, is it possible to link map to one of the ui I want to add a more maps but do not know how to go about doing it I read that each xbe can hold only 13 maps so will another xbe with the othermaps be released later on or is there a way I can do this. and finally I hope this isn't of topic but is it possible to set it so people actually die in the chapel without having to smack em in the back of the head? and does anyone know how to get the rocket launcher above speedball I could find no ladder or teleporter maybe im just blind. once again great work guys. :D

is "/F/Games/Halo/" the path to your halo backup directory? Or did you just not change the default path that was in the field?

yes the path was /F/Games/Halo on the xbox and /F/Games/Halo in the install directory i just mistyped on my last post. i also tried it with halo just on the F drive so it was /F/Halo but still no luck. I tried putting the contents of halo into the ~original folder but that didn't work either.

is there an easy way to uninstall it so I can play on live when halo2 comes out? I think live will detect the modded files on there. Thanks.
