I don't know how to configure the windows bootloader, I use GRUB.

If you want your installation to be permanent, you could always give it its own partition. The write times will be slightly quicker if you do.

I outline how to do that further down in the tutorial thread.

Ok, well now I have another problem. When I play a .WMV video with their "Media Player," it flashes constantly extremely fast like 1,000,000 times. (Exaggeration...) So, basically, you're unable to watch the video because of the flashes. Sometimes it flashes white, and other times it's black. I don't know what would cause that...

Try a different video player, otherwise, check out http://ubuntuforums.org/index.php and see if anyone else has had your problem.

Ok, well now I have another problem. I was messing with many of the settings (Like paint fire on screen) and now I've messed up all of my commands with my mouse and keyboard. So, I've tried correcting it, but I don't know what to do. I'd like to find a "Reset to Default" button, if there is one.

I can't Click or Right-Click with my mouse anymore. I have to press Alt, Shift, or CTRL before either will work.
