when i install the programs to link the palm to my desktop i get a error it says

INSTALL SHEILD

1607: unable to install installsheild scripting runetime.

this is pissing my off and my mom needs it to link to any computer in are house i need help and i need it before my mom gets mad.

EDIT: i am leaveing for school soon so i might not reply till later tonight.

Reinstall the InstallShield runtime...also disable any software that might influence the installation e.g. Virus Software.

ok that might be it thanks ill try that.

EDIT: it worked also i could of just used my moms computer im fixing for her anyway and it was already installed on heres/

oh well atleast i got to mess with her palm for once.
