yo how do you change from a grunt it says im a grunt under my name but i says other peple are other stuff like hunter and stuff?

i think
100 posts=jackle
600 posts=hunter
1000 posts=elite
please correct me if im wrong

0-99=grunt
100-499=jackal
500-999=hunter
1000 and onwards=elite
