HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Im having trouble starting up halo, I click on the halo icon (or click on play when cd entered) and it loads up the first screen of halo saying HALO with a blue background, then never loads up again, I check the Crtl+Alt + Delete button and the program is running on there.
If you can help out on my problem that would be great, as i cant run halo.

maybe one of the map files is corrupted like the ui.map? i dont know.

P.S. this is my 100th post WoOt!

no i dont think so...maybe tho..but I have uninstalled it and installed it again, but it still doesnt work.
