HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i want to know what exactally i need to mod my xbox.
what chip
how do you connect the comp. and the xbox
what will i need to hack my xbox.
also if ther is anything else i should know tell me
include links to get the stuff.

I was kind of wondering what mo chips and stuff people use to do their XBox's. But right now, my XBox optical drive is dead (Stupid Thompson drives)...
