playing campaign maps on halo ce

Ok, I start halo ce developer edition. I go to multiplayer and hit the tilda key. The little command bar pops up and I type in map_name_madnessp5. It tells me this cannot be executed. why? Is there something else I have to do?

You only do what you were doing when playing the CMT single player maps:

And I think the map you're playing can be directly played on Halo CE
http://hce.halomaps.org/?nid=330
Just put the .map file in your halo ce map files directory and then load CE up.
