Well, GeForce 2 doesnt support particles and 3d textures as well as GeForce 4 models and such like that.
128mb of ram will also affect you too! Halo requires at least 256, and enjoys 512. If you cant live without textures, then lower game quality.

There is no sense buying a 64mb card if you plan to use it for Halo 2..... Save money and pain in the long run and buy at least a 128mb.

bah, IM GOING TO SAY THIS IN CAPS SO NO ONE MISSES IT, DO NOT BUY A 5200 IT IS THE WORST *NEW* CARD THAT YOU CAN GET. Trust me never buy a 5200 its amazingly bad, go to gamefaqs.com and post on the dos/windows board if the 5200 is good and u will get 100 replys saying god no or sarcasm saying its amazing. If you want somthing that cheap the ti4200 is better for the same price much better. But if u want at least a decent card for games now then I would go no less then a 9600pro, any nvidia around that price i would forget. If you were going for nvidia get a cheaper ti4200 or their more expensive like no less then the 5900 or 5950, but even then go with ati, if ur waiting for the 6800 to come out might as well wait for ati's x800 series to come out. If you want real decent gaming get somthing over a 9700 so its 8 pipeline. But really I would just wait until next gen of cards comes out in early june.
Oh and _AsSaSiN_ its 256*
