You sound like you want a Halo menu edit.
But just skin it. Use entity it extract/inject the dds files.
Use Photoshop with the dds plugin to edit them
USE GOOGLE for the dds plugin and photoshop.

Colours are not stored in the globals tags, they're hard coded into the game and have/can only be modified via memory hacking the active executable.

I think he meant the colors you choose when you go to pick a team. In the pregame lobby also during mid-game. Those colors can be edited through the .map file itself. I'm not sure what colors you are talking about but they aren't stored in the executable.

he is too vauge in his question becausea if he wants to change the color of bipds in SP you have to mess with the bipd tag itslef.

I think what he wants to know is if you can make the ODST have colors. And not just be black. Maybe like change areas on the ODST to represent the team you are on. Like if you are on green team, make his biceps or maybe his thighs have a green tint to them so it shows he's on that team.

Create a color change map and reference it in the ODST shader.
