HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have Windows XP Home Edition and im trying to download Gmax but this is what happens when i try to download anything...it says canot install you computer might be in safe mode or the inernet conection couldnt be found...wich i know mi computer isnt in safe mode and i have an internet connection as you can see... Because I want to download GmaxBecause i ran out of the trail with Milkshape 3d Any ideas...?
