Killtrocity V2 Maps Missing

I don't know what I am doing wrong but, After I auto-patch, none of the maps are going into the modified maps folder. The tuts are saying that they should but nothing is showing up. I put all the of the maps needed in the original maps folder. They are all clean too. I just don't know what is wrong.

I already read the guide. I put all the maps needed in the original maps folder. Then it says Go to the serenity auto patcher and I do. Once it opens up I see all the patches and then i click start patching. The guide says that you can see the progress in the modified maps folder but nothing is there. This happened to me on the original killtrocity map pack too. the first map pack's guide says that maps are suppose to show up in the modified maps folder. So figuring it is the same thing for this Map pack i would have thought the maps would show up in that folder too.
