Stupid network printer.

Ok, I have a problem obliviously, my problem is this.
I have this Printer I want to network, the problem is the only free Ethernet jack on the the phone router (which is a client of the wireless router), which has a subnet of one. So when it has that subnet I can't access is from my wireless router because the wireless router also has a subnet of one. But if I change the subnet of the phone router to two, then the wireless router can't forward the ports that the phone router needs because it will only forward them on the same subnet. I hope thats pretty clear.
So I want to get the printer to be accessible from every client on the wireless router and the phone router at the same time. Any ideas that don't involve spending money?
