How to strike with the tire Transparent

I like very much this mode
http://files.halomods.com/files/ascension_198.rar and would like to knew how one can strike with the Transparent tire, because has each time I strike with tire it deplace not but it to fall by ground

I want to know how it made to draw from the transparent tires with msg and which this moves and do not fall by ground ?

He want to know how he can add to a projectile a bloc, when you shoot with i dont remeber wich weapon, it shoots a tire that is attached to the projectile.
I tried to help him on my french forum, but i just found that the bloc(tire) has different proprieties on the chunk cloner.

You could do chain spawning.
Change effe detonation in the needler proj tag to the tire bloc.
When the needler bullet explodes it will spawn a tire.
