skinning

ok im new to skinning and im not going to use adobe just microsoft paint the thing is evry time i try to exract anything that has _bump at the end says preview not available can some one help me please 
oh im trying to skin hogs on containment
i may have found out how i have to make it internal but thats what i need to find out is how to do it
ok now i did make it internle but i still get the same problem from dothalo in the rawediter page says preview not available
