Stupid FTP programs -.-

When ever I try to send Backwash.map over to my Xbox, In flashFXP, it gets stuck at 99%.. And in SmartFTP, I get this..

It got stuck at 93% with 0.0 k/s..

All I did was skin the map, change the sky and fog..

What should I do to fix this problem?

Make sure your HDD on ur Xbox isn't out of space.
