Server hosting problems :|

I'm having trouble hosting games. I can host servers just fine in Halo, but in Counterstrike, CSS, Aliens vs Predator 2, etc etc. I can't host anything outside of a LAN game. I did forward my ports to Aliens vs Predator, and Counterstrike but I still can't even get my server to appear on the list. Whats going on?
