I went into the spacestation level, and looked to look for the jetpack, yet I could not find it. What is it classified as? Or does it come built into the jetpack elite

Look under the hlmt tag or the mode tag if you want the model. Its classified as objects\characters\elite\elite_jetpack\elite_jetpack.
