HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, So I go to right click PSP and Then hit find target. It brings me all my files that PSP uses. So I go to plugins. I put it the .DDS Plugin there. I Clsoes it and try to open it. It always freezes. I closed the Thing at the bottom with other images I have saved in the Skin folder, then tryied and it still froze. Yes, long before this I have gotten it to work. But now it doesn't. ( I just skinned something the other day in it when it opened with out freezing.)

Yea. I know. I have used it with PSP too and it worked. I have also tryied downlaoding otehr plugins from other sites.
