Unable to Reach single player maps.

After I quit modding for a while so I could get back on live (many months ago I modded alot on XBC) I got rid of the softmod that had to be installed to the actual xbox.
Now, after getting bored with live I wanted to mod them some more but I didnt want to go through the hastle of installing the softmod. So instead I went with the new way of just putting in splinter cell and getting the dashboard where I can FTP. However, I wanted to do a SP>MP conversion and the way in which I softmod cannot reach the halo CD since splinter cell has to be in to get the dashboard. Last time I tried reinstalling the mod on the xbox it would go to 99% and then fail.
So would it be possible for anyone to get me all (dont know how many) of the regret levels for campaign. I would be really appreciative because I have no way of getting them since my softmodding method cant get them and my old way wont install.
