Computer Problems

Hello and im having problems with my computer, like whenever i try to go watch a movie over the internet well it takes FOREVER just for it to buffer like all the way, but there has got to be a way to solve that. 92.8 GB left, and a Dell Dimension DV051 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00 GHz.

This Tech Question and Problems Forum isn't like the one on the User Forums, it should be, we already have a Help Forum here, why do we need another?
