Scaling Effects in Halo 2

Hi. I was wondering if it is possilbe to scale effects (like make them bigger or smaller; i.e. an explosion) and if it is, what tools do I need? Thanks.

I was messing around in RTH, and got them bigger, but didn't note what I was doing. You might try talking to Turk, I recall him saying he did some work on the [effe] tag.
