UST help!

this is diffrent from what the other person is having, after i downloaded the package and i installed .Net 2.0 Framework i double clicked on UST to install it. it came up with an error saying "the file you wish to install must have one of the following .Netframeworks: 2.0570 or something like that. i need help cuz i wanna get these pictures off my xbox
