HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Sup everyone right now im trying to make a completley new map for Halo CE and i cant download 3DS and i was wondering is there ne way of using Milkshape to make the model of the map and all that stuff or if i cant do that can someone please point me out to an application that lets me do the same thing as 3DS for free?

I've never used it but there is something called G-Max or something that is free and the only downfall from what i heard is that it doesn't have as many tools as 3ds, but yes, and you might need something called GIMP for textures or something like that. I'll look at it after school, and post a link in this topic if I find it.

I googled it and thats what it came up with. You will need a plugin for it and I can help if you install it the same way you do 3ds but I use 3ds. Just try that out, PM or AIM me if you need anything and I'll try to help you as much as I can.
