How EXACTLY do i add this PPF?

i havent dealt with the ppf's and stuff yet, and im still modding my xbox. So....i have no clue what to do.

P.S. I think there is a problem with the log in thing for me for some odd reason...my other accounts (gamepro27, striderdude) must have had their passwords changed somehow, because i cant log in on them anymore. WTF?

yeah thats just how it works right when i modded my account had me banned but i think it was already expired I am so happy not to be on XBL anymore
