brutes and vehicles

I am working on a mod that contains a brute. The brute can not enter any vehicles. not even the ghost. in campaign mode the brutes can use turrents, ghosts, spectre, and the banshee. but my brute can not.
can someone explain how to do this or why this is?

Did you take the brute from a map where you see him using all those.
Its all in the jmad and its probably because the map you took the brute from didn't need the animation so bungie didn't add it to its jmad.
Just take a brute from a map where you see him using all those animations and it should work out.

ok, i got the brute from the single player shared map. i got the new brute from the last level in campaign mode where the brutes are in different vehicles. i put the new bipd in with entity and it didnt change a thing.
should i extract something else from the campaign map because not only can i not use vehicles but every time the brute walks it sounds like he is droping a battle rifle?
how do i fix this?

ok, i figured out how to fix the brute walking sound. and i got the brute to use the banshee, ghost, spectre and the covanent turrent. ive got a new problem. how do i make the brute bew able to use the warthog and human turrent?

is it posible to switch the brutes jmad for the elites jmad so the brute can enter every vehicle as the elite?
