don't know how to convert mods to xbox from computer,anyidea

all i have is a flash drive, xbox gamesaves, xbox(duh),and halo 2.

You need to mod your Xbox.

Please head to Xbox-Scene to learn how to.
Once it is modded, come back and we will show you how to apply these mods.

Softmods do not require a chip. But rather install a setup... This setup is launched through one of the games(Splinter cell 1, Mechassault1, 007 Agent under fire, NONE OF THEM CAN BE PLATINUM.)
Once launched as a gamesave, it will install a new dashboard, bios, bios loader, etc..

You need an action replay. And id suggest Splintercell(non platinum), its cheap (bought it for like 4$) And it doesnt really make a difference, it just launches the save.
