BSP Injection with Entity.

Hi guys, my first post here. This site has been really helpful for answering my questions so I usually dont have to post anything extra
But there is one problem that has been plaguing me. Im not new to modding, so dont think Im trying things that are too big for me.
I used entity to export turf's BSP. However, when I export to make it all one model, the last option on the extra list, the model is all messed up and vertexes are out of place. So I said, screw that, lets just extract is with the first option and make bunches of models!
So I did this and I found the .obj that I wanted to edit, I edited it and saved it over the original one in the folder with the others. Then I go back into entity and go to inject visual mesh bsp or whatever its called and it gives me an error. !?!?!?!
Also, I edited the collision for the map and injected that and it gives me the pop up box saying "test" rather than done. It seems it worked when I used it on warlock for another mod but is it supposed to say that.
So in conclusion, my basic two questions are: Am I injecting the BSP correctly? And Is the collision actually working when it says test?
