Need Help Internet Explorer Wont Open Internet Options Or...

or uninstall it isnt listed and i want to be able to use internet options and it wont let me reinstall it cuz it says its already installed on this computer and i manualy removed some virus's which went great only i messed some things up so if anyone can help me reinstall or fix my internet explorer i would appreciate it.
*also i tried add/remove programs and it said it may have already been uninstalled would you like to remove it from the list? and i did so this is my position in this problem*
the version of ie explorer im using is
Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 for Windows XP SP2
p.s. if i remove the files manualy will i screw up my internet connection?

Internet explorer can't be uninstalled.Besides if you want to try something ask a friend if he can sent you the iexplorer.exe in the c:/windows/system32 folder.

no way to reinstall or repair? Also when i try to reinstall it the thing says please use add or remove programs to uninstall it.
also not to sway off topic but how the heck did you make that sweet gravity gun?

You can uninstall IE but thats kind of a bad idea. Add/remove programs will do it just select the add remove windows components. I went to that option once to see what there was and somehow it got rid of my IE, its a very unstable part of windows. To fix the problem just put in your windows xp cd and tell it to repair. Also consider getting a better anti virus program. Avast is free btw.
