Please Help

Everytime I use a program like Entity or DarkMatter, Whenever I want to extract a model out of a map, it gives me an error, and in details, it tells me some things about JIT. In darkMatter, when ever i try opening battle rifle in mode, these loading blocks come up on the bottom, but never fully loads, so the model doesn't pop up. I downloaded both the programs from here, and downloaded them several times. this is from the point before you go into editing from the milk shape.

Try getting .netframes.

I installed and repaired it too, same problem. It also says error reading IFP: Mode. I think I am going to cry

Well how you said when you try to open battle rifle in mode.. it might not be working because battle rifle is in the mainmenu.map. I think because its with the spartan.
Oh, and you might need the right plugins.

What Map Are you trying to do? (I think its Relic and Gemini which don't work in some of those.)

But i always fail on the part where it says that a model should pop up, or you have the wrong Darkmatter, but I took the one from this site. But, how could there be the same problem with entity, I can't extract the weapon out, it always gives me an error.
