HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok i was wondering cause their is all these programs that people make and i was wondering if their was t tutorial on how to make them or something to make them.

There's a tutorial on the HaloMods main site on opening Halo 2 maps in VB. I would suggest giving that a look. It's also a good idea to look at some open source projects people have going on. I know r4nd0m's map resigner is open source and that's a good thing to learn off of.
