grunt messing up map

ok, i have been working on this mod for terminal for a couple of weeks now, and i realized i forgot to put a grunt in, so i did that( knowimg it wouldnt work because i modified the map too much) , so it would freeze while trasfering. so i put a grunt into a clean map, and i made a sppf of my modded one, so then i applied the sppf to the clean map with the grunt, then when i open it in dothalo, dotnetframework errror pops up saying the array was out of bounds. Does anybody know what i could do to fix this problem???? or does anybody know another way to inject the grunt???? I really just want to get the grunt in my map

I dont think you can combind two SPPFs. but i dont know really... try exacting it and then adding to make in h2x
