Help with PMI-tools

Ok i was just wondering were you can get the PMI tools that you can get stuff from campain maps into multiplayer maps?
I know theirs a PMI tools but you can only duplicate stuff with that one and if their is another vsn of the PMI tools like he said he would make called the noob modder i can't find it
