How does it do him to apply the the atmospheric conditions (the snow that falls) of lockout on another map?

you haft to have Insolence

open lockout then the map you want to trade the snow with.
drag the weather snow tag over to the other map and change the id of the other one to the id of your snow

Yeah, and another thing, you can not put weather into a map that doesn't already have weather, this limits you to Lockout and Backwash I believe.
