Pelican Q? Please look

Does anyone know if you can make it so that people can sit in the back of the peilican or anywhere in the pelican besides the driver seat?

As long as someone's in the Driver's seat and someone else comes near it and holds X they'll either get in the Nose Gunner seat, or one of the side seats.
