tool problem

whenever I try to compile a .jms map model in tool, it just says

building intermediate geometry...

Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'

Well, what exactly did you type before trying to build the geometry? You dont need to type data as tool asumes that you are in the data folder. And you dont need to add the .jms to the model name. Tool asumes that its a .jms.

I always write, tool structure levels\xxxx xxxx?

x=levels name

edit: Ok, I've got it working, but I'm getting lots of errors I hate errors
